The County of Hawai‘i is proposing an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Action Plan to fund a Waikoloa Village Wildfire Evacuation Traffic Study. This study will assess risks, evaluate evacuation routes, and improve emergency planning.
